The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to Sales and Technical Support departments; strengthening relationships with existing accounts, and serving as a liaison both inside and outside the organization. They coordinate information from one interested party to another.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to Sales and Tech Support departments
Acts as a primary customer support contact for clients
Communicates with suppliers, ensuring up-to-date price list and products
Communicates with existing clients, giving them updates
Facilitates the generation of sales and service quotations and the processing of customer orders
Checks e-mails, answers phone calls and responds to customer inquiries and requests
Prepares bidding documents and other necessary documents requested by the Sales and Technical Support Department
Prepares summary of quotations on a weekly basis
Coordinates between Sales/Technical Support and other departments
Maintains up-to-date databases
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited: to photocopying, faxing, encoding, mailing, and filing
Performs other related functions as may be assigned
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any science-related or business-related courses
Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
Conscientious and Organized
Can multitask and is keen on details
Quick-witted and can solve problems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially in Microsoft Excel Word, and PowerPoint
Requires minimal supervision
