Handles the centralized ordering system of Commercial
• Validates collection of the orders and ensures accurate payment
• Monitors sales volume and ensures it's within the agreed lifting period and ensures collection of storage fee
• Ensures the accuracy of regular reports required/submitted to Immediate Superior (IS)
• Coordinates with Commercial Fuel Sales Executive's administrative needs that requires IS approval
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
