SALES COORDINATOR / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Salary: 35,000- 40,000 php / month
The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues, partners, and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. He/she will be reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Present daily and weekly reports on sales pipeline status
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Manage & lead a 3-5 person sales team
Mandatory Requirements
Can work on a NIGHT SHIFT (11pm-8am)
Must have a highspeed internet and a PC/Laptop at home
US B2B Sales experience
Proven experience in B2B sales; experience as a Sales Coordinator, Business Development, or in other administrative positions
Detail Oriented
Expert Multitasker
Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook Calendar and Email)
Proficiency in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication and proactiveness
Desirable
IT Sales experience is highly desirable
Salesforce experience highly desirable
DelTek experience highly desirable
Experience with PM Tool Asana or other like tool is desirable
Neat Scanner experience

Experience with SLED sales
Proposal Management
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
