Roles and Responsibilities
Innovative Australian-based company has a sales coordinator position available. The successful applicant will be assisting our Head of Sales & Partnerships in growing our global presence.
The key responsibility of the Sales Coordinator is to support the sales team of an Australian-based company to maximise their performance servicing prospects, clients, and partners.
The Sales Coordinator is expected to provide knowledgeable assistance in a professional, courteous, and timely manner via email, chat and online conferencing software. The tasks of the Sales Coordinator include scheduling meetings, emailing prospects, searching for new contacts, and other sales-related functions.
The Sales Coordinator must also maintain sales database and project management software so that all data is consistently current and accurate, take initiative to gain knowledge of our featured products and services, identify and report any quality issues or areas of concern for root cause and corrective actions to the management, cross-train to provide backup coverage to the Customer Success team as needed, and complete tasks that may be required on a case per case basis.
A Successful Candidate must have
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong willingness to learn
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Great customer service skills
- Energy, positivity, and a "can-do" enthusiastic attitude
- Enthusiasm in working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and on their own
- Ability to adapt and adjust to changing needs and requirements of the business
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an efficient manner
- Ability to complete tasks with high accuracy
- Willing to work Mid Shift and Saturdays.
- Tuesday to Thursday: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Friday and Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
