₱ 20,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
Assist Sales for the preparation of the quotations
Send scanned copy of quotations to the Area Managers or send it directly to the customer
Monitoring of quotations per customer per Area Managers
Update the contacts per customers (names,tel. nos, mobile numbers,email address)
Monitor the quarterly sales of Area Managers
Monitor the itenerary of Sales Managers
Follow up pending quotations to the customers
Consolidates daily report of Area Managers submitted to GM
Summarizes the Projects of Sales Managers
Assist Sales for the Sample of Demo Units
Prepare Delivery Receipts for the demo units
Monitoring of DR per customer and for the returned units
Inventory of Demo units
Provide print out copy of NSW Brochures
Prepares minutes of the meeting
Ask the quotations to NSWHQ or NSWTCL if necessary
Key holder of the company's vehicle
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
