Job Qualifications:
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
Experience in the construction/hardware industry is an advantage.
Good listening skills and attention to details.
Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and presentation in the construction/hardware industry is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and client visits.
Set up meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
Maintain and develop good relationships with clients.
Acting as a point of contact between customers and the company.
Responding to customers queries and resolving their objections to make them purchase.
Gather market and customer information.
Create detailed proposal documents, often as a part of formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
