Assigned Areas:
BULACAN - Malolos, San Jose del monte, Sta Maria, Bulacan Bulacan and bucaue, Meycauyan, Marilao
Prepares manpower schedule daily for assigned district
Coordinates with and informs the Assistant Sales Manager regarding overall activity of the district
Coordinates and prepares Sales Order per route and submits the Sales Order to the Assistant Sales Manager and to Marketing Info group
Checks the report of salesman, monitors shortages of salesman and prepared required reports.
Orients and guide salesman on loading and unloading procedures, invoicing and other documentation requirements
Immediately informs the Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor regarding any problems encountered in his district; - i.e. truck breakdown, late deliveries, delayed production
Assists or relieves Van Salesman/Junior Salesman during leave or absence
Assists the Assistant Sales Manager and/or Sales Supervisor in constantly reminding line personnel regarding compliance with company policies and goals (GMP, HACCP, Exchange, Correct Exchange, Sales)
