Want to learn more Visit us at. Position Snapshot He/She will manage end-to-end trade spend operations of the different sales areas in the company. He/She is expected to drive regular investment and distributor financials review with the sales team, enforce internal control measures and ensure completion of quality evaluation of customer specific trade promotions. A day in the life of... Key Output / Deliverables: 1. Ensure timely documentation, sign-off, accrual, liquidation and payment of trade activities 2. Drive consistent alignment of trade spend utilization between distributors and the Sales team 3. Review financial capability and reliability of distributors 4. Provide timely and relevant financial information to the Sales team 5. Drive efficient use of trade spend 6. Custodian of governance and internal control which includes driving alignment and compliance of stakeholders with policies and procedures, including special compliance reviews and tax related matters What will make you successful 1. Graduate of Finance or any Business-related course 2. At least 1-2 years relevant experience in finance/sales areas in a FMCG environment 3. Has excellent communication skills (oral and written) and good stakeholder management in a matrix organization 4. Has the ability to interpret and relay financial information in a practical manner that is easily understandable to non-finance customers 5.
