SALES CONSULTANT
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. With sales related experience (Car industry is an advantage but not required)
2. Above communication skills and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
4. Goal oriented, approachable and knows how to establish good rapport with potential prospects
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Sales and Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, referrals, and networking. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable automotive products or services. 2. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the automotive products or services offered by the company. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new models, and technological advancements to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. 3. Customer Engagement: Greet customers, assist them in exploring available options, and provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers. 4. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Use effective sales techniques to negotiate prices, terms, and financing options with customers. Overcome objections and close sales by demonstrating value and addressing customer concerns.
5. Documentation and Follow-Up: Prepare sales contracts, finance applications, and other necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any post-sales inquiries or issues.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Maintain a customer database and effectively utilize CRM systems to track interactions and follow-up activities.
Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Provide regular sales reports, updates on customer interactions, and market feedback to management.
