Position Overview
 
The Sales Consultant/Adviser is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while achieving sales targets and building long-term client and brand partner relationships. This role requires strong product knowledge, refined communication skills, and a passion for premium customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
Proactively approach and assist clients with confidence and warmth.
Understand client preferences and recommend suitable products and services.
Promote and sell offerings from our partner brands and service providers.
Ensure each client interaction reflects the brand's luxury positioning.
Close sales effectively while maintaining a refined customer experience.
Manage VIP and repeat clients with exceptional care and follow-through.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
Promote new arrivals, limited collections, and exclusive offers.
Maintain strong closing skills while preserving a refined customer experience.
Product & Brand Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of services, products, materials, craftsmanship, pricing, and brand heritage.
Stay updated on new services, collections, and promotional activities.
Communicate brand story and value confidently to clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain a client database.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, messages, or email for appointments and new arrivals.
Develop long-term client loyalty through consistent engagement.
Store Presentation & Operations
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Ensure store cleanliness and luxury presentation at all times.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Support and plan store events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Business, Sales/ Marketing or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Experience with POS systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
