Qualifications:
Graduate of any business related courses
With at least 2 years experience in restaurants or any food related functions
Knowledgeable with proper food handling such as cleanliness or hygiene, storage, inventory management, etc.
Knows how to cook is an advantage
Creative in making new menus
Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent documentation skills
Job Functions:
Monitor the movement of all canteen transactions such as inventories, sales status, cleanliness, and improvements.
Supervise canteen personnel
Coordinate vendors or external suppliers
Order and buy items for replenishment
Reports daily to Sales Head
