SALES/ CALL CENTER AGENT- DANISH NATIONALITY (Home-based)
CorePh Web Solutions, Inc. is seeking for a Sales/ Call Center Agent to boost customer base. The qualified candidate will utilize established leads and source new leads for potential clients. Someone with experience in providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction alongside ensuring that clients have the right information and assistance they need and is able to maintain the company's positive reputation
Mid to Senior position; strong phone and verbal communication skills and is able to actively listen
Danish National only -will converse with Danish clients in Denmark
Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
Is able to adapt to clients with different personality types
Stress-tolerant, Flexible and Computer-literate
Persuasive and expert in the customer service area
Must be well-versed in the Danish language
Supreme attention to detail and has an In-depth knowledge of a company's products and/or services
Self-starter, motivated, is able to meet personal or team targets and goals/ quotas
Schedule: will be working from 3:00pm to 12mn PHL time (Mondays-Fridays)
