SALES ASSOCIATE
 
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including cold calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings.
Collaborate with the sales and business development team to develop sales strategies, marketing materials, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products or services.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
Negotiate and close business deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to propose innovative business development strategies
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Result-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
Job Qualification:
A Business Administration major in Marketing Management Graduate, any Business Administration Graduate are welcome to apply also.
Excellent customer service skills.
Organized and keen to details.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Must be computer literate
At least 6 months of working experience in the related field.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior.
Can start immediately.
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
