Job Title: Sales Associate
Client Industry: Charter Bus Service
Location: Hybrid in Eastwood Quezon City | 3x onsite, 2x WFH
Working Schedule: 12am to 9am PH time
Position Overview
RecruitGo is searching for a Sales Associate working with our client based in California. Our client has Over 30 years of experience with charter bus rentals, shuttles, minibusses, vans, and more! Specializing in corporate events, school field trips, athletic team travel, church transportation, and business conventions. Working with all-size groups for all sorts of needs when it comes to group travel.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
Do intensive follow up and call clients to close deals
Calculate quotes, send contracts and proposals
Manage, organize and answer emails
Answer inbound calls and chats
Call and monitor drivers to assist dispatch
Enter reservations efficiently and on a timely manner
Take care of your clients from reservation up to trip completion
Assist the Operations Manager for administrative tasks as needed
Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Fluent in written and verbal English
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
Must be willing to work Hybrid in - Eastwood, Quezon City
Willing to be assigned at any time and any day of the week (graveyard shift)
Able to commit and render a minimum of 1 year of service
Diligent, honest, and responsible
Work on long-term with a stable and growing company
Self-disciplined, passionate and detail-oriented
Fast learner, coachable, proactive and able to multitask efficiently
Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving and research skills
Can work independently or in a team with little to no supervision

Salary Range: 35,000
