Conduct intensive market research to attain targeted leads for the company.
Convert these targeted leads into active and paying clients for the company.
Communicate over the phone / email with clients on daily basis to market our product.
Personally visit retail stores to conduct training for their staff on the benefits of the company's products for their store
Anticipate and overcome objections from clients to convince them on the value of purchasing from our company.
Swiftly attend to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to, generation of quotation, designing of proposals, maintaining customer records and etc...
Support also in organizing, planning and manning for events such as Toy Conventions, as well as warehouse sales and any events attended by the company.
Other Ad Hoc tasks: Assist the team in other areas when needed
Requirement :
Senior High School Graduate, or with Diploma
2-3 years Sales experience , Target client B2B
Commission for achieving for quarterly sales target
Independent working environment
Proficiency in English, MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer literacy is required
Training will be provided on how to use company ERP
Strong interpersonal skills, and great communication skills.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple ongoing tasks with concurrent deadlines.
Interest in sales (this will be a very good opportunity to have hands-on experience in a rapidly growing company!)
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Candidates with knowledge about collectible toy industry are preferred, either with the licenses like Marvel, DC, Anime, Manga, Hololive, etc...
Or with the company brands like Kotobukiya, Iron studios, Good Smile Company, NECA, etc.
