Job Purpose
Contribute towards the achievement of Agency targets through backroom support to Agency Development Managers.

Maintain the target renewal ratio per line
Send renewal reminders to agents
Monitor unrenewed accounts on a monthly basis
Renewal ratio
Accounts may fall under non-renewal due to risk appetite
Absence of agents contact info
Support to Agency Development Manager
Prepare quotations and proposals for agents
Provides assistance to ADMs on complex risks by serving as the link to our GI Underwriters
Claims assistance and provide regular updates as the need arises
Monitor success conversion ratio from proposal to issuance
Coordination with Policy Issuance team on pending cases and ensure policy delivery to agents/customers
Monitor and collate documents pertaining to licensing of new agents for GI and Life
Extend support to other branches when the need arises or as assigned by region head
Proactively manage issues/risks critical to the Sales Support function.
Number of proposals and pipelines
Turn around time of delivery of the ADMs requirements
Manual monitoring may can cause inaccurate data
Turnaround time of delivery may be affected by external causes.
Administrative functions
Coordinates and collaborate with other units/department for account, claims and other concerns of the agents
Attend technical and soft skills training conducted related to their function
Ensures execution of management directives
Timely submission of reports
Goal Setting Report
Quotation and Pipeline monitoring
PBR monitoring
Other reports required by the branch head and corporate team
Compliance to company policies, business practices and norms

Your Profile
Educational Qualifications
Relevant Experience
Bachelor's degree is required. Major in finance or business administration is preferable.
1-2 years of business experience in an operations support or sales role is highly desirable.
