Responsibilities and Duties:
· Identify and develop potential new clients within the salon industry.
· collects and evaluates potential sales opportunities.
· Meet with potential customers and engage in industry events representing SalonUltimate.
· Research technologies trends and create new opportunities to build out personal pipeline.
· Generate a multi-year pipeline of qualified BD opportunities and facilitate pipeline reviews.
· Guide capture via researching and identify "hot button" issues with clients for win theme development.
· Assist in the development and review of key proposal opportunities.
· Maintain a strong understanding of SalonUltimate capabilities and offerings and innovate new ways to serve customers.
Qualifications:
· 2 years or more sales experience preferably in the salon and beauty industry.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
· Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and goals. Knowledge and experience working in the SaaS and business solutions or related fields is an advantage
· Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
· strong interpersonal skills and data analysis
· Functional understanding of key SalonUltimate capabilities.
· Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
· Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
