1. Executes efficient customer relations/service by assisting customers in the selection of merchandise on choice of style, color and brand
2. Ensures that shelves and showcases are fully stocked at all times and with correct price tags and labels
3. Knowledgeable and implement price revisions in all ongoing promotions, discounts and mark-ups
4. Able to answer customer questions and handle customer complains
5. Maintains the cleanliness of the whole merchandise display area
6. Assists customers to the counter when buying value items
7. Directs customers to the nearest counter for payment of merchandise
8. Assists in periodic inventory taking of the branch store.
9. Assists in the accurate and timely preparation of stock request from Forward Stock Room (FSR) and/or from warehouse.
10. Monitors and checks delivery receipts from the FSR and/or Warehouse.
11. Reports to Store Managers saleable items, customer inquiries , complains
12. Maintains the upkeep of the branch/store through proper storage, cleanliness and orderliness of work area
13. Implements the company behavioral programs on customer service such as smile and greet
