JOB DESCRIPTION
Handles inbound and outbound appointments and provide clerical support for the Sales Department.
Answer client phone inquiries, entertain walk in clients and attend to their concerns, walk through with the company product knowledge to encourage purchase
Contact clients to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
Assist Sales Department in organizing sales presentations, sales contract and ensure that these are prepared prior to deadlines
Update client records in the company database as required
Oversees and manages the entire process of sales support function and administrative operations to ensure that all documentation and reports are accurate and within the company's needs
Collaborate with the sales department to continuously develop and enhance existing policies to achieve department goals
Generate sales documents and report
Other task may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Preferably a bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Management or equivalent
-With strong personality and communication skills
-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
-MUST have a strong negotiation skills
-With atleast 2 years related working experience
-MUST be willing to do field work, if necessary
-Experience selling condo, construction materials in wholesale, trading and selling cars is a PLUS
-MUST be willing to work in BGC
-Amenable to start on July 2021
-Php19,000-22,000 monthly salary
