Job Description1. MAIN FUNCTION
Sales Assistant will perform clerical task to support the Sales Department and help them to gain and keep customers. He/she will also respond to customer complaints and queries.
2. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Responds to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone or in person.
Assist sales team in completing and checking the requirements of CSB loan financing.
Answer inquiries from customers relating to status of their loan applications.
Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
Actively assist Sales & Market Development Director
Performs other job as required by his immediate superior
3. QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any 4-year course
Applicants must be willing to work in Antipolo Rizal
Preferably with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
Hardworking, Patient, Assertive, Trustworthy
Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
Possess record and filing maintenance skills
Possess organizing and coordinating skills
With good communication skills (oral / written)
Computer literate
