Follow a specific daily coverage route in MT accounts.
Monitor freshness of stocks at the selling and warehouse areas.
Facilitate replenishment via coordination with the stores' lane supervisors / consortium merchandisers.
Ensure dominant displays are maintained.
Provide inventory-offtake reports, competitor activities and trade pictures.
Be responsible for the monitoring and countering of Sales Invoices.
Follow up on collections.
Provide Daily Activity Reports for productivity in terms of:
1. Covered branches
2. Findings and Actions taken
Provide Weekly Reports for Offtake Report and Competitor Activities
Constant Coordination for Invoice Ageing and Countering Monitoring Reports
Ensure Planograms are being followed Coordinate for a timely manner payments and related issues
Minimum Formal Education Level:
Diploma
Working Experience:
1. 2+ years' experience and general knowledge of Distribution selling dynamics, either as Booking Salesman or Merchandising Coordinator
Functional Competencies:
MS Office Excel
