Responsible for answering incoming sales calls and customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsible for preparing Statement of Accounts, Purchase Order and Delivery Receipt.
Coordinate with client's delivery schedule and purchase order.
Responsible to immediate supervisor on production updates and supplier's delivery.
In charge of reconciling the Sales Report with the Accounting Department for client's payment update and overdue payments.
