QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering or course related to Supply Chain/ Supply & Demand
No required work experience but an advantage
Computer literate; Proficiency in using MS Excel and SAP
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Fresh graduates are welcome
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining and updating stock records, ensuring accuracy, and completenes.
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for replenishments as necessary.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Updating monitoring based on Deliveries, Defective parts, Consumption, and Parts request.
Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in inventory records.
Collaborating with production planning and logistics to ensure that materials are always available when needed.
Conducting regular inventory audits and stocktaking activities.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
