Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing product placement, and ensuring the overall success of our merchandising efforts. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and create an engaging experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for sales & merchandising.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure effective merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify and analyze customer preferences, trends, and competitors' activities, and leverage the insights to optimize sales and merchandising strategies.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to assess effectiveness of sales and merchandising initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners, providing support, product knowledge, and merchandising guidance to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate compliance with merchandising standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide training to sales teams as needed.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to showcase products, build relationships, and generate sales leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder preferably marketing, or a related field.
With relevant work experience from Pharmaceutical, Distribution, Health Care industries.
Proactive and Knowledge of sales & merchandising principles.
Team player and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
