Description
« He/She will be responsible for assisting buyers and agents based on job
orders endorsed by different operating units.
« Accepts and evaluates requests and requirements of buyers.
« Prepares needed documents by buyers and ensures proper transmittal to
departments concerned.
« Monitors waiting time for all walk-in clients.
« Handles inquiries received via email and phone within agreed service level
agreeement.
« Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
« Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or any field.
* Must have at least 2 to 4 years working experience in real estate industry
« With strong customer service orientation
« Highly organized and attentive to detail
« Can work under pressure.
« Good written and oral communication skills
« Good organizational skills
« Able to deliver work with accuracy and on time.
« Able to work independently as well as in team environment.
« Able to maintain focus while multi-tasking in a competitive, high-energy
environment.
« Willing to work on weekends
