At least HS Graduates with proven track record of success in BPO sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Knowledge of BPO services and industry trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
