We are looking for a Sales and Administrative Assistant to join the regional sales team of a real estate company in the US. This teammate will assist with customer service, lead research and building, CRM and database management, and administrative tasks.

The Role
Sales Assistance:
Respond to Facebook comments on advertisements
Handle customer chat via Intercom
Remove people from direct mailers
Conduct hyper-local research to figure out affinity brands and groups in the market
Build a list based on parameters given by the client
Upload, organize, and update leads into the CRM
Verify data in the existing database
Pull missing data from online sources
Administrative Assistance:
Manage agenda by preparing for daily meetings or remind the team about the key tasks and action items
Do minutes of the meeting
Assist on pre-meeting briefs
Manage team's internal or external calendar
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Zoom meetings and events
Administer expense reports
Coordinate client and partner gifts/greetings
Arrange Executive travel, meal, and logistical support
The Requirements
Experience in Intercom
Experience in Real Estate business and processes
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and complete deliverables on time
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Can work in graveyard shift following the US Pacific Timezone
