Description
Primarily Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for handling the documents of sold units,coordination with banks for loan approvals,LTO registration and insurances of units sold.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Admin
1. Assists in sales processing, including order entry.
2. Assists in pre-selling and post selling activities.
3. Prepares sales quotes for signature of General Manager/General Sales Manager.
4. Prepares standard documents (Sales Agreement, Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, In House Financing Documents) needed by Sales Section for every unit Sales/ release for VIP Clients and Dealers.
5. Properly and timely files all documents of units to unit folders and safe-keeps and monitors completeness of documents in every folder. Ensure that all documents related to units sold are filed in the folder timely.
6. Acts as a custodian of all folders of sold units.
7. Timely prepares necessary documents for LTO Vehicle Registration and distributes Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration (OR/CR) copies for VIP Clients.
8. Timely submits Sales Invoice summary for all units sold.
9. Handles sales and admin bank transactions including coordination on car loan approval.
10.Timely processes credit approval, purchase order, credit advice from banks.
11. Ensures that all collections are remitted to Accounting timely. Monitors Collection Receipts issued and ensures that the company copy is returned timely.
12. Timely prepares weekly reports on financing and sales order.
13. Assists Sales Executive on monthly exhibits.
14. Responsible for the distribution of updated pricelist.
15. Closely monitors and updates units inventory.
16. Responsible for the monthly commission computation of Sales Executive and General Sales Manager.
17. Summarizes accounts per folder/customer.
Insurance Claims:
Interviews and documents information about accidents or damage, research policy terms and determine how claims will be settled.
Collects data from adjusters and appraisers and may discuss claims with customer service representatives on behalf of customers.
Acts as a liaison between the organization, its insurance provider and agents, claimants, and policy holders regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims.
Reviews claims to make sure that billing requirements are met, updates accounts as necessary, answers inquiries, and makes recommendations for resolution.
Applies company procedures & policy to evaluate insured claims.
Recording, up-dating and monitoring of Customer data based
Pro-active follow-up calls to customers 2 to 3 days after release of unit both sales and services.
Performs other work assigned from time to time by Immediate Head and General Sales Manager.
EDUCATION
Graduate of at least 4 years course
Marketing or Management Degree or Industrial Eng.
