Actual Daily MTD Volume Performance Monitoring vs. Budget/CF/Reviewed CF/LY/Past 3, 6, 9
Actual Monthly YTD Volume and Revenue Performance Monitoring vs. Budget/LY
Trade Inventory and Offtake Monitoring
Trade Out-of-Stock (OOS) Monitoring
Service Level/Unserves Monitoring
Cycle Drives Monitoring
Regular release of agreed reports at agreed frequency
Updated sales mapping
Sales dashboarding to aid in decision-making
