Average selling price (ASP) vs SMFI's suggested selling price (SRP)
Generates daily, weekly, monthly and year-to-date achievement of established operating standards with reference to sales force automation.
Consolidates and validates submitted 6-month rolling forecast for the S&OP by each territory to prepare Demand planning team on the specific requirement of the area.
Oversees territory company-owned Chicken Station and Meatshop sales are all accounted for prior to month-end closing, aligned with Finance and ensures that all sales are pushed to SAP thru SMSIS.
Provides and prepares consolidated annual budget presentation materials (Sales Volume, Revenue, Operating Expense and Capital Expenditures) and rationalizes possible variances for presentation to the National Sales Manager.
Analyzes monthly selling expenses of Sales Offices, reconciles with Finance for questionable numbers, in order to generate monthly explanation of selling cost variance/s.
Consolidates quarterly Performance Assessment System (PAS) results of all accounts (Franchisee, Supermarket and Distributor),
Updates and maintains scorecard for all sales personnel under the area of responsibility
Main Tasks: * Coaches and assists territory Sales Order Coordinator (SOC) in creating new and editing existing customer account to ensure all transactions are accounted for and directed to the correct SAS.
Safeguards sales force automation, SAP and MORPH master data and actively participates in the system's trouble shooting.
Main Tasks: * Custodian of all important sales documents (pricelist, inter-office memo, minutes of the meeting, distributor profile, copy of contracts).
Entertains and assists new customer interested in selling SMFI products and channels concerns to SAS, Distributors and sales head from other subsidiaries.
