The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both in clear and persuasive written and verbal communication, as well as compelling public speaking abilities. Additionally, they should have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the field sales domain, and the ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with merchants and partners.

Driving targeted merchant acquisition deliverables in assigned territory
Learn the mobile app solution, become an ambassador and deliver the portfolio of solutions to merchants
Ensure that merchant feedback, queries, concerns and experiences are captured, addressed and communicated to the sales manager and merchant acquiring team head
On-ground face-to-face engagement with merchants on a periodic basis, troubleshooting and taking them from basic users to power users of the services
Reporting operational performance and proposing process improvements to sales managers and leaders
