Job Description:
A Sales Agent will work in a fast-paced call center to initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers. He/she serves the customers by selling products and meeting customers' satisfaction.
Call potential customers to describe services offered
Educate customers on product offerings and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
Place phone calls to current customers to determine their satisfaction as well as receive customer suggestions
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Follow up with customer leads or previous customer
Requirements
Excellent English Communication skills both verbal & written
At least 6-months call center experience in Phone and/or Chat/Email support
Sales Experience is an advantage but newbie is also welcome
Can work in shifting schedules, holidays, and/or as business requires
Good Attendance record from previous employer
Can Start ASAP
At least High School Graduate (from previous curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Level/Undergraduate, College Graduate/Fresh Graduate
