Job Description
Sales Agent (Real Estate) is responsible for managing and marketing Chunnel and Channel’s real estate project such as: affordable yet durable house and lot and condominiums in various areas of the Philippines.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
 
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
Preferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc.)
