We're looking for a versatile addition to our team who will be responsible for coordinating our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. To be successful in this role, you'll wear many hats including design, technical, project management, and account management.
What You Will Do for New Patients Inc:
Work with the leadership team in planning and coordinating our marketing efforts
Content Management: content creation requests, asset library, company branding
Manage and monitor our social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Clubhouse
Coordinate paid, organic online and offline marketing
Coordinate maintenance and content updates to our website
Tracking of relevant KPIs across all marketing
About the package:
Start at Php 25,000 (3 months trial/probationary period only) and earn up to Php 60,000+ monthly salary! (subject to work experience review)
Salary package includes basic salary + commission program, and potential company bonuses (dental industry knowledge, attendance, sales performance)!
Training days are all paid!
Weekends and standard US non-working holidays are off!
US travel opportunity for consistent quality top sales performers!

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Able to work remotely and communicate (call, email, sms) to US customers/clients and during US Eastern or Pacific timings
Excellent and confident with written and verbal English Communications
Excellent strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills
Strong code of professional ethics, integrity, and courtesy
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Effective customer negotiations with strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service skills and detail/results oriented
Strong sense of aesthetics and comfortable in having sensitive conversations with clients
Technical Requirements:
3-5 years' experience of B2B or B2C remote selling experience with online marketing basics and a general understanding of the latest marketing channels, analytics and technology currently available
4-year College Degree or higher educational background (preferred)
Proven Sales Experience and Consulting skills from any reputable Sales Company or BPO company (preferred)
Proficient in using all MS Office tools and Google applications
Comfortable and knowledgeable using Zoom, Google, and Skype for remote meetings
Numerically literate, confident working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures on spreadsheets
Experience and knowledge with several different business tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Calendly, DocuSign, AirTable, and Google Analytics
· Experience in selling medical products/services to dental offices or other medical related industries is a plus!
