Job Description
Input and record all sales order from Sales to the system, conduct credit limit checking, and availability of stock, price, discount, print invoice and routing in accordance to applied provision
Input new customer, update sales price and discount in the system. Prepare, check, withdraw and send sales data such as: sales data report, print Daily Sales Update/Result, daily closing, database backup, letter/ document archive in accordance to applied provision.

4. Update sales price and discount
5. % Invoice accuracy
Input goods acceptance from main Warehouse to the system and excess of stock from canvas/ motorist, dropping shipment correctly and accurately in accordance to applied provision.
Coordinate to confirm daily shipment. Coordinate for warehouse stock control result to the Warehouse Leadman.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Result orientated. (Completely process the order of the Sales team)
Desired Qualifications:
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience of same position in a retail or distribution company
• Self-motivated and driven
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word
Education
• Graduate of any business related courses or equivalent
