Roles and Responsibilities
- To take ownership of the company's general administration duties including:
> Digital Filing
> Creation of google drive folders
> Maintaining relevant documentation within the GDrive folders
> Database management in reference to Contract admin pipeline
- Assist Client Care Manager with Solicitors & Mortgage Brokers matters regarding deposits, exchanges and settlements.
- Oversee general administration mailbox
- Can ensure Sales Folders are completed and documents are compliant
- Provide introductions for new Clients with the external partners and Client Care manager
- Has a flare to create Property Reports, follow up and thank you letters
Required Experience
- Any admin experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
A Successful Candidate must
- Have excellent English communication skills
- Have an outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Be competent in the use of computers and possess proficient skills in Contract administrative systems
- Be able to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplines and strive for producing only quality work
- Be performance and results driven and willingly accept accountability for outcomes
- Have a desire to be the best they can be and willing to seek out means for continuous improvement
- Be a person who is not afraid to pick up the phone and work towards a long term career!
