Responsibilities
Makes Sales Quotation documents for the Sales Representatives
Entertain sales that belong to other Sales Representatives who are not present in the office.
Monitors the Official Business Trips of Sales Representatives
Responsible for monitoring daily itinerary reports of Sales Representatives
Preparing the monthly sales report of clients for Sales Head.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
At least one (1) year background in Sales Administration is a plus
Good communication skills (both in Verbal and Written)
A good team player and approachable
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Willing to be assigned in Manresa, Quezon City and amenable to do field works from time to time.
