*GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
Administrative, sales and team support
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing the renewal of business permits such as Mayor's Permit,
Environmental Permit, Fire Certificate, Health/Sanitary Permit, BIR permit
and other government compliance in the Cebu Office /Visayas Region.
• Facilitates personnel requisitions and manpower requirements and attend
to documentary requirements of newly hired and resigning personnel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support HR related to the government benefits of employees in Visayas
Region.
• Summarize and prepare RFP of promoters incentives on a regular basis
• Maintains, disburse and replenish petty cash fund
• Maintains collection report and ensure daily collections are properly
deposited
• Prepares request for payment (RFP) of regular expenses of the Visayas
region related to utilities, rental, renewal of permits, petty cash, local
purchases, supplies, improvements and others
• Coordinating sales invoice are acknowledged by clients and ensuring that
all accounting forms such as DR,SI,CM/DM,CR and OR are accounted
for.
• Preparing PR and GRPO in SAP.
• Ensuring housekeeping and maintenance of the office. Attends to walk-in
customers as the need arise.
• Liase, sends courier and attends to miscellaneous items from time to time
• Upholding company mission and vision and compliance to company rules
and regulations
• Observing environment, health, safety standards and requirements
• Ensuring the agreed KPI is met efficiently.
• SAP documentation of DR, SI, LOGP / issuances and receipts
• Replenishment of spareparts.
IV. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Good oral and written English and Filipino language. Can speak any
Mindanao dialect
• Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
social media app.
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP system.
• Approachable, possess pleasing personality and presentable
• Graduate of a four-year business course preferably accounting or
management.
• On the job training or work experienced preferred. Fresh graduate should
be willing and zealous to learn and be trained. Planning, organizing and
leadership ability. Preferably female.
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel and render overtime
• Possess a strong moral, personal values and dependable
