SALES ADMIN SECRETARY-Cebu City
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be responsible for providing professional, administrative support to Sales Dept./Sales Team.
Preparing of quotation and documents needed for clients accreditation or bidding requirement.
Coordination to different department such as warehouse, Customer Support Dept., Inventory Dept. And Accounting Dept. as per requested by the Project Sales Executive/Sales Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
With at least 1 year experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support, Secretarial or equivalent
Highly analytical, organize, presentable, smart and confident
Must be very flexible, hands on and capable of multitasking
Creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment
Can able to work well under pressure, under a minimal supervision.
Proficient using Microsoft office applications (word, excel and power point)
Can start immediately
