Job Title: Sales Admin Officer
Anticipated Start Date: October 15, 2020
Other Details:
Education: College graduate on relevant field Department: Sales Department
Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience Shift: Day Shift (Mon-Fri)
Job Descriptions:
· Preparation of all document support needed by Sales team
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
· Maintain and update sales and customer records
· Develop monthly sales reports and makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals
· Stay up-to-date with new products and features of the product
· Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
· Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
· Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
· Meets with other departments to make sure that all materials needed by sales department are always available
· Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
· Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
· Arranges appointments with clients and sales team if necessary
· Arranges travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office if necessaru
· Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
Other Qualification(s):
· Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
· Proven work experience as a Sales administrator
· Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Ability to work under strict deadlines
· Ability to prioritize own workload
· Strong communication skills.
· An administrative or sales background.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Reporting Skills
· An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
· The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
· Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
Salary Package:

BASIC SALARY: PHP 18,000
