Our client is a global MNC, and the largest spare parts distributor in the US. They are looking for a new talent to join them as a Sales Admin to process orders and provide administrative support.
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM
Salary: Basic up to $2,700 + quaterly paid bonus
Order processing and updating customers on shipment schedules.
Liaising with supply chain team
Preparation of packing list
Support in creation and processing of Delivery Order and invoices
Requirements
Min. 1-3 years of experience in administrative duties
Down to earth and willing to learn
Proficiency in MS Office
