Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and survey activities.
2. Market clients for the Company's products and services thru door to door or online marketing
3. Contact and coordinate with sales agents and brokers and assist them with their needs
4. Receive loan applications and perform initial credit investigation on clients
5. Organize all loan application documents submitted by the clients
6. Present loan applications for endorsement and/or approval by authorized officers of the Company
7. Assist in the training of newly hired loan specialists, and provide on-the-job coaching
8. Perform other tasks as may be prescribed by the Manager/Supervisor or his/her designate.
Qualifications:
1. Preferably college graduate of any 4-year courses. College undergraduates with experience in the related field are welcome to apply
2. With at least 1-year experience in the related field and capacity
3. Experience in a job related to lending, sales, and marketing is a plus
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Must be willing, healthy, and fit to do strenuous fieldwork
