Job description
Responsibilities:
· Administration support to sales team
· Sales data entry
· Internal emails
· Preparation of sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports using Excel and various systems
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
· Manage and plot the schedule of store staff including rest day, assign reliever and monitoring of manpower and attendance in a daily basis
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Confidence and maturity to communicate effectively with external & internal customers from varying backgrounds
A proven ability to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment whilst demonstrating persistence and patience on a daily basis.
Experience in an administrative role.
Solid computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft office suite applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word
A high level of organization and time management skills.
A high accuracy level for data input
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently to set priorities and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
With experienced in Store-OIC is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,800.00 per month
