Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update sales and customer records
2. Manage clerical works such as emails, phone calls, club facilities management, equipment servicing/maintenance, etc.
3. Verifying customer's payment details
Schedule appointment with clients
4. Communicate and assist customers queries
5. Selling & marketing membership
Qualification
1. Bachelor or Associate degree in business or related field
2. With experience or fresh graduate
3. Experience in clerical works and customer service
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
