The aspirant should embody the following characteristics: - Adaptable - Responsive - Determined - Organized - Customer - Focused Summary of the Role: 1. Provides clerical and minor technical support for the sales department. 2. Record keeping including sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers. 3. Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact with home office staff. 4. Responsible on processing PO's. 5. May do work that maybe assigned from time to time. Professional Experience and Minimum Required Qualifications: 1. Candidate must be at least Bachelor's/College degree in BS Business Administration or any related course. 2. Experience of at least 1-2 years in sales, consumer goods or logistics industry. 3. Can interact with all levels of the organization. 4. Must be proactive, with good communication and customer service skills and keen to details. 5. Knowledge in MS Office applications is an advantage.
