Sales Admin Assistant | San JuanWERT PHILIPPINES INC.

Is in charge of liaising and coordinating between the Sales team and the back office.
Responsibilities:
Book orders of doctors, pharmacies, and distributors
Encode details of orders to worksheets and SAP system
Check and draft contracts of deals, promos, and discounts made between Sales and clients
Process requests for activities and supplies of the Sales department
Provide admin and clerical support to the National Sales Manager
Process requirements of Trade Specialists and activation of accounts
Conduct calls to assigned districts to monitor activity and attendance of Consumer Sales Representatives
Check liquidation reports and attendance submitted by Sales
Book flights and hotel accommodation for official business of employees
Graduate of any Business course
At least 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing
Highly organized and keen to details
Very good communication skills both verbal and written
Proactive
MS Office proficient
Can deal with people at all levels
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Pharmaceuticals 2 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
