Description
- Creates ads for new listing
- Writes advertisements (ads for posting)
- follow up all buyers from home opens and inquiries etc.
- make 40-80 calls per day to produce results
- send a weekly property preview email to a buyer database
- manage buyer appointments
- book and confirm appointments with Buyers, Sellers, affiliates, and suppliers
- manage a shared calendar (Outlook) so we are aware of each other's movements
- drop pre-listing kits to appraisals
- appraisal follow up and nurture
- enter all appraisal data into AgentBox
- co-ordinate access for Bank Valuations and Building/Pest inspections
- deliver or delegate delivery for follow up appraisal letters/thank you cards after every appraisal within 24 hours
- double-check proofs for adverts/boards, account sales, deposits
- respond and enter all email inquiries into AgentBox for bulk buyer email alerts
- edit internet marketing drafts and send to Sellers for confirmation/correction
- organize Final Inspections
- request client reviews on ratemyagent.com.au and realestate.com.au
- prepare for Saturdays opens, Property files with 32's, brochures, rental appraisals, keys
- assist service buyers and vendors
- undertake all allocated sales and administration related support tasks
and activities in a timely and accurate manner with high attention to detail, excellent planning and organizing methods, and sophisticated follow up procedures
- anticipate and prevent problems and limit/reduce the impact on customers and the business
- deliver personalized and professional customer service in every interaction
Qualifications:
- At least one-year experience as a Sales VA for an Australian account
- Experience in using CRM's (Agentbox is a plus)
- Must know how to use Canva or other photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
- Good communication skills (especially among Australians)
- At least 40 WPM typing speed
- Great attitude
- Excellent writing skills
- Tech-savvy/ Good computer skills
- Strong attention to details
- Willing to work on-site
- Can start asap
Note: Must have experience in using Canva (as this is the main tool that you will be using for photo editing) and should also have experience in using AgentBox or some other Real Estate CRM
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 27,000 per month
