JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Sales Accounts Specialist that has excellent time management skills and knowledgeable in administrative tasks. The Sales Accounts Specialists' main responsibility is to help the company achieve its goals and objectives. The Sales Accounts Specialist will mainly work together with the company's sales force and ensure to provide efficient back office support especially in sales generating activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration, finance or relevant field is a plus
Proven experience as sales accounts specialist or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of data analytics and management
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent communication and people skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the sales team by invoicing sales bookings efficiently and correctly
Ensure that sales performance is monitored in an organized and effective manner
Conduct onboarding training of the sales booking process to new hires
Ensure that new accounts are correctly encoded and verified
Ensure that all sales documents are organized and filed well
Adhere commendably to all company guidelines
Regularly generate reports and present it when needed

WORKING SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
