sales Account Manager / technicianFaithm Printers and Services

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales:
1. Generate sales and hitting target in line with the company’s quota per month
2. Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
3. Manage business negotiations with customers.
4. Efficient business dealing, tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
5. Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
6. Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
7. Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.
8. Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issue
9, Required to report to Manila head office as need for meetings and trainings
10. Required to submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
Technician:
1. Provide technical service by servicing, repairing, troubleshooting printers of the company and clients
2. Conducts diagnosis of problems according to a customer complaint
3. Conducts regular preventive maintenance to printers of the company and clients
4. Refill ink supply to client/ Customer
5. Able to suggest/recommend appropriate printers based on client’s requirements to After sales department supervisor.
Perform any other task as advised by his immediate superior to meet the company’s goals and objectives
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. College level of any course
2. At least 2 years experience in outbound sales
3. Knowledgeable of computer and copier management software
4. Client handling experience
5. With pleasing personality
6. Energetic and good conversationalist
7. Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization skills
8. Strong customer service skills.
9. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
