Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible in assuring that the accounts are handled properly, and every concern of the client is taken care of.
Analyze and review handled accounts & specify lacking requirements.
Assist sellers and clients in addressing their concerns.
Encoding of information of the newly reserved client in the system (SAP)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Technical Professional Knowledge & Skills, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Results Orientation, Openness to Change, Collaboration, Commitment to Learning and Development
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Clerk or equivalent.
Employee will be assigned to Amaia's outsourcing agency
Willing to be assigned in Cagayan De Oro City
